What is an Email? By Pinky Mcbanon

E-mail is the most popular word all over the world. It means electronic post which is a method of communication between men or women all over the world. Email is a system of communicating through data or information. At the beginning of email is used for communication through only text but that is an incompatible way. Standardization of the name email was constructed in 1980, as the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol or simply the SMTP. Nowadays e-mail system is based on the accrue and promote of data on behalf of users where data is stored in a defined server. Mainly a lot e-mail clients save personal messages as split files.

Information or messages are exchanged between hosts using the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol with programs named mail transfer agents. Users can read or download their messages from their designated servers with standard protocols (POP, IMAP).

Do I Need E-Mail or E-Mail Account?

Today is the day of technology. People use technology in every step. We can communicate with people through email. It is the free and most easy way to communicate with other. It is also so secure way to communicate. Most of the companies now use the email system for faster communication. There are people who are constantly on their email 24 hours a day (like me!). Because I make sure I am on top of everything and I don't miss any email. I, for one, is very dependent with the internet and the use of the email. It is very convenient! I can't imagine now if we don't have the email system.
